妈妈炖的汤

Kiv is well-known for being EXTREMELY studious. During the exam period, he is basically studying non-stop (although he is already like that during the normal days). His relationship with his friends was already strained because of that, however it recently got worse as he discovered a new studying spot... Lee Wee Nam Library (even Mr Lee Wee Nam was dulan of Kiv already)......

Its near 11.30pm, as the library is closing, Kiv reluctantly had to leave and head back home...

Unknown to Kiv, his mum was still waiting for him to come home for dinner. She was already sound asleep while waiting for Kiv. Suddenly the sound of keys and someone opening the door woke her up. She knew that it was Kiv, she happily got up, hurriedly rushed to the kitchen to bring out the soup which she had 炖 the whole day for Kiv to drink... as she was coming out of the kitchen with the heartwarming hot soup in her hands...

Kiv walked straight into his room and continues his non-stop studing actions for the night... Kiv mum stood infront of the door, she looked down at the hot soup she made for her son....













She saw ripples in the soup, water droplets falling into the bowl. She thought the roof was leaking... she looked up, the ceiling wasn't leaking. She looked down at the soup again...

(She never realise it, the water droplets were actually .................................................. her tears.)
